The Cobblefield Point Homeowners’ Association is comprised of a five member Board of Directors.  The 2016-2017 board is comprised of the following members.

Overview of Duties

Often, new board members would like an introductory guide that states what are their duties and by what authority do they operate.  Below is a collection of common duties performed by Board.  You should be aware that the law differs between various states, and therefore our board seeks legal advice before acting.
